FATCA and International Tax Compliance
1Click 2Go Bank & Trust Ltd implements the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) through Dominica’s Model 1 Intergovernmental Agreement and the OECD Common Reporting Standard (CRS) pursuant to Dominica’s Automatic Exchange of Financial Account Information Act of 2019. Account holders must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures and disclose all required tax information; the bank reports applicable financial account information to relevant tax authorities in accordance with international agreements.

Deposit products and related services including checking, savings accounts, and bank lending are offered by 1Click 2Go Bank & Trust Ltd, Member FSU. Investment products and wealth management services are offered through 1Click 2Go Securities, a registered broker-dealer and investment adviser, Member FSU, and certain advisory products through 1Click 2Go Private Wealth Advisors, a registered investment adviser. Trust and fiduciary services including custody are offered through 1Click 2Go Bank & Trust Ltd and affiliated trust companies; 1Click 2Go Private Bank and 1Click 2Go Crypto operate as divisions of the bank. Key Trust Company of Dominica, a wholly owned subsidiary, performs duties as an independent custodian for self-directed individual and business retirement accounts without providing investment advice or tax/legal counsel. 1Click 2Go Premier Trust operates as a division providing fiduciary services.
Insurance Products and Services
Insurance products are made available through 1Click 2Go Insurance Agency and 1Click 2Go Bankers Insurance Ltd, licensed insurance agencies affiliated under common control of 1Click 2Go Group. Insurance products marketed through 1Click 2Go Bank and affiliated companies are underwritten by insurance companies not affiliated with the bank. Approval of bank products or services is not contingent upon purchasing insurance.
Deposit Protection
Deposits are not protected by the Government of the Commonwealth of Dominica but are protected through private insurance coverage issued by 1Click 2Go Bankers Insurance Ltd up to US$260,000 per customer; amounts exceeding this limit remain uninsured. Insurance Compensation coverage conditions are available upon customer request.

Parts 1024.35 and 1024.36; otherwise requests will be processed under standard policies and procedures.
